Virtual urgent care is not appropriate for emergencies or every health concern. If your symptoms are severe, worsening, or potentially life-threatening, call 911 or seek emergency care. A clinician will determine whether virtual care is appropriate and may recommend in-person evaluation, testing, or follow-up.
